How to open an account or Registration of “T-Cash”

  • The customer comes to t-cash Agent
  • A customer fills up the t-cash registration & KYC form (Mandatory)
  • Submit the filled forms to the designated t-cash Agent personnel
  • The authorized t-cash Agent personnel will check all the information & supporting documents to ensure these are properly given.
  • The authorized t-cash Agent personnel will give entry to the Mobile Banking application through Mobile USSD
  • The customer will receive a registration confirmation SMS
  • After successful registration Customer has to dial *201# to activate his/her t-cash account
  • After activation customer will receive a 4-digit PIN number
  • The customer will preserve his/her PIN number

  • : Reply with 3 and press the send button (Top-Up)
  • Enter Recipient Account Number
  • Enter the amount and press the send button
  • Enter your 4 digit Pin and press the send button
  • Reply with 1 for Pre-Paid Connection or 2 for Post- Paid Connection
  • Operator section ( if Gramophone 1 and press send button)
  • Transaction successful and you can get a confirmation message.
