  • If the customer account will have the amount Tk.00-Tk.1000.99/-> 0.00 ( you don’t get interested).
  • If the Customer account will have amount Tk.1001-Tk.5000.99/->5% rate. (you will get interested 5% rate).
  • If the Customer account will have amount Tk. 5001-Tk. 500000/- 7.5% rate. (you will get interested 7.5% rate).

  • Customers go to the Nagad agent point.
  • The agent wants to know the cash amount from customers and Agents write down the Nagad account number & Amount of the customer in the agent register.
  • The customer will amount pay to the Nagad agent.
  • The agent will send the balance to the customer’s Account and cash is done.
  • You and the Agent will both get a confirmation message from Nagad center. Remember to sign the Agent register before leaving the counter.

                    Cash-out:

  • Customers go to the Nagad agent point.
  • An agent wants to know the cash-out amount from the customer
  • Agents write down customer Nagad account number and Amount in agent register
  • Dial *167# on your mobile for the Nagad Mobile Menu
  • Choose the option “Cash Out
  • Choose the option “From Agent”
  • Enter Agent’s Nagad Account Number
  • Enter the amount
  • Enter your Nagad Mobile Menu PIN
  • Cash-out successful.
  • You and the Agent will both get a confirmation message from Nagad center. Remember to sign the Agent register before leaving the counter.

                     Send Money:

  • Dial *167# and Go to your Nagad Mobile Menu
  • Choose the option “Send Money”
  • Enter the Nagad Account Number.
  • Now enter your Nagad Mobile Menu PIN to confirm the transaction
  • Done! You and the Receiver both will receive a confirmation message from Nagad

                 Mobile Recharge:

  • Dial *167# and Go to your Nagad Mobile Menu
  • Choose the option “Mobile Recharge”
  • Choose option your operator
  • Enter the 11 digits mobile number
  • Enter the recharge amount
