Remitter can send a remittance from any select Exchange houses of Dutch-Bangla Bank and other Bangladeshi Banks placed all over the world. The remitted money will be transferred to the beneficiary’s Agent Banking account within 24-72 hours and the beneficiary will receive an SMS about the deposit.

How many ways Remitter can send Remittance to form Foreign?:

Remitter who are living abroad from Bangladesh can also send Remittance in two ways. Such as-

  1. Agent Banking Account Number by directly and
  2. PIN Number.

Firstly, you will go to any DBBL Branch and to the respective officer who will process internet Banking.

Secondly, write/fill up an application include all documents with Gmail for internet Banking, and provide all documents to the respective officer.

Thirdly, the Respective officer will complete these tasks, and the Username and password will send to the Gmail account of the account holder on that day/ next day or the Account holder will come to the Branch to take the username and password on the day appointed by the Respective officer.

Fourthly, you will log in by username and password and click the option.

Fifthly, Click the statement and fill up the required date, then you will see the statement of your Mobile/laptop/desktop screen.

How to download/see the statement by Nexus pay:

  • First, you need to install the Nexus pay app and to set the username and password. Then add your account/card. If you want now to download a statement, you have to login by username and password.
  • You will also see you’re all account card
  • You need to click on the account Card from which you want to take the statement.
  • Then you see three-dot marks (=) on the left corner and click there.
  • You will see many functions there and from there click on Mini’s statement.
  • Then you will get a statement.

How to download/check statement from the Mobile Banking office:

If you are an Agent Banking/Mobile Banking customer, you can take a statement print copy from any Mobile Banking office of Bangladesh. This is why; you must go to the Mobile Banking office. Then fill up an application with the required data and provide it to the Respective officer for the statement. The respective officer will complete these tasks and provide a statement to the account holder with attested.

How to Agent banking registration (New Customers):

When Customers will be registered then services.  A new customer will go to the agent outlet for registration and provide them below the following documents:

  • The account opening form must be filled in full signed
  • NID/ any photo id card
  • Two copies of passport size photograph
  • One copy of your nominee’s passport size photograph
  • Customer Registration Process:
  • The agent will start account registration through the device.
  • The agent will capture the fingerprint of the applicant.
  • The customer will get an SMS on his/her mobile and the account will be displayed on the device.

Cash Deposit in Sub agent outlet:

  • If Customers want to deposit, he/she will hand over account and cash to the teller.
  • Subagent tellers will process the portal and start deposit transactions.
  • Teller will input the customer account number and input amount and input FP
  • The system will debit the amount from the sub-agent account and credit the customer account
  • The customer and teller will get a confirmation SMS and Teller will give to the customer a money slip.

Deposit at First Track cash Deposit Machine:

  • Customer will go to Fast Track for deposit and fill up the deposit form
  • A fast-track officer will process and drops the envelope into CDM.
  • CDM will provide a deposit slip to the customer.
  • First Track Officer will send the envelope to the Branch
  • Branch Officer will credit the customer account.
  • The customer will get an SMS notification his/her mobile number
  • Cash Withdraw in Sub agent outlet:

Account-holders can withdraw money from nominated outlets at Agent Banking Outlet point/Teller point:

  • The customer comes to Agent Banking Outlet for withdrawal, inform account number, and amount.
  • The Agent banking teller will process by using Password/PIN.
  • Agent Banking Teller will start the Withdrawal transaction
  • Input account number and amount
  • The customer will verify the account number and amount and then Input Customer FP
  • The system will debit the customer account and credit the Agent Banking Outlet account
  • Agent Banking Outlet/Teller will hand over cash to the customer
  • Customers will be notified through SMS if the mobile number is linked.

ATM Withdraw:

  • Account-holders can withdraw money from any DBBL ATM.
  • The customer comes to ATM for withdrawal
  • Insert his card at ATM
  • Input amount
  • Input his PIN

  • Initiates Balance inquiry transaction

  • The customer will verify the account number and then Input Customer FP
  • The system shows customer balance
  • Sub-Agent Teller will provide a slip

Bill payment through Sub-Agent/Teller:

  • Utility Providers can collect their bills from their consumers (from customer account).
  • The customer comes to Sub-Agent/Teller Point for bill payment, tells his Biller ID, bill number, account number, and amount.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will process by using Password/PIN.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will start the Bill Pay transaction
  • Input Biller ID, bill number, account number, and amount
  • The customer will verify the account number, utility company ID/ code, bill number, and amount and then input the FP
  • The system will debit the customer account and credit the Biller account
  • The customer will be notified if the mobile number is linked and provided with a slip.

Bill Payment from Sub-Agent/Teller account (cash payment):

  • The customer comes to Sub-Agent Point for bill payment, tells his Biller ID, bill number, and amount.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will process by using Password/PIN.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will start the Bill Pay transaction
  • Input Biller ID, bill number, Sub-Agent’s account number, and amount
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will verify the utility company ID/ code, bill number, and amount and then input the FP
  • The system will debit Sub-Agent’s account and credit biller account
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will put a seal on the bill copy of the customer.

Person to Person Transfer:

  • The customer comes to Sub-Agent/Teller Point for fund transfer; tell customer account number, destination account number, and amount.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller will process by using Password/PIN.
  • Sub-Agent/Teller Initiates P2P transaction
  • Input source account (customer) number
  • Input destination account number
  • Input amount
  • The customer will verify the destination account number and amount and then Input Customer FP
  • The system will debit the customer account and credit destination account Customer (sender/receiver) will be notified/ Printed slip will be provided.

Bio-metric Deposit plus Scheme (DPS)

  • Customers can open the Bio-metric Deposit plus Scheme (DPS). If the customer can save money on a monthly basis
  • The amount to be deposited every month is Tk-100/- to 10000/e per month and the term is 3, 5, 8, or 10 years.
  • The monthly installment is successful automatically from the Savings Account of the customer.
  • Any Bangladeshi customer can open Bio-metric Deposit plus Scheme agonist saving account of DBBL Agent banking.

Bio-metric Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR)

  • Any Bangladeshi customer can open a Bio-metric Fixed Deposit (FDR) agonist saving account of the DBBL agent banking account.
  • The customer can open FDR for TK-10, 000/- and above amount for 3,6 & 12 months tenure.
  • The FDR will be opened by debiting the savings account of the customer and at maturity principal amount along with maturity benefit will be credited to his/her Account.
