Cash in:
- Customers go to the Bkash agent point.
- The agent wants to know the cash amount from customers and Agents write down the Bkash account number & Amount of the customer in the agent register.
- The customer will amount pay to the Bkash agent.
- The agent will send a balance customer Account and cash is done.
- You and the Agent will both get a confirmation message from the Bkash center. Remember to sign the Agent register before leaving the counter.
Cash-out Agent point:
- Customers go to the bKash agent point.
- The agent wants to know the cash-out amount from the customer
- Agents write down customer bKash account number and Amount in agent register
- Dial *247# on your mobile for the bKash Mobile Menu
- Choose the option “Cash Out
- Choose the option “From Agent”
- Enter Agent’s bKash Account Number
- Enter the amount
- Enter your bKash Mobile Menu PIN
- Cash-out successful
You and the Agent will both get a confirmation message from the bKash center. Remember to sign the Agent register before leaving the counter.
Cash from ATM:
- Customer Press the “bKash Cash Out” button at the left-bottom corner of the ATM Screen
- Select language
- Enter bKash Account Number
- Enter the Cash Out amount
- Enter the Security Code received through SMS
- Check the entered information and confirm
- Collect cash and receipt
- You will receive a confirmation SMS from bKash
Send Money:

- Choose the option “Send Money”

If any Remitter wants to send easily international remittance to their bKash account through authorized Foreign Bank, Money Transfer Organization (MTO), and Money Exchange Houses. They have to follow the below step:
Firstly, Customers will go to foreign any authorized Foreign Bank, Money Transfer Organization (MTO), and Money Exchange Houses to send remittance. Authorized Bank branch/Money Exchange/MTO agent wants to them a Beneficiary bKash Account Number, Full name (as mentioned during bKash Account Opening), and Transaction Amount. Respective authorized Foreign Bank, Money Transfer Organization (MTO), and Money Exchange Houses will give remittance to their Bkash Account.
